Our founder, a seasoned law enforcement officer with nearly two decades on the job, saw firsthand how the demands of policing — long hours, high stress, and limited financial education — were taking a toll on officers’ lives. After investing his own overtime earnings and experiencing the power of smart financial decisions, he realized the same strategies could help others thrive, both on and off duty.
In 2023, The Drozdowski Group was born. What started as a personal journey turned into a mission to educate, guide, and empower law enforcement members. Today, we provide practical financial strategies, wellness guidance, and personalized support to help our clients take control of their money, their health, and their future.

With nearly two decades of experience as a police officer serving both urban and suburban communities, John has committed his life to protecting others—on the streets and now in their financial lives.
In his first six years on the job, he built a $3 million-plus investment portfolio by dedicating his overtime earnings to the stock market and committing to continuous financial education.
After years of working overtime and watching fellow officers struggle with money, stress, and burnout, John realized there had to be a better way.
Driven by his own success, John founded The Drozdowski Group to help other police officers achieve the same—reducing financial stress, gaining more time for family, and improving overall officer wellness through smart investing and financial literacy.
