Step 1: Complete Your Payment & Review Your Contract/Policy

Once you select your financial coaching plan, you’ll be directed to our secure checkout page to complete your payment. Before finalizing your purchase, please review our contract/policy agreement. It outlines what’s included in your coaching program, what you can expect from us, and your responsibilities as a client.

This step ensures transparency from day one, so you know exactly how the process works and how we’ll be working together to build your financial future. Once payment is complete, you’ll move on to the assessment phase and officially begin your journey toward financial freedom.

Step 2: Receive Your Financial Assessment Questionnaire

After your payment is processed, we’ll email you a secure financial assessment questionnaire. This is where you’ll provide the key information we need to understand your current financial situation — income, expenses, debt, savings, and goals.

The more accurate and complete your responses are, the better we can serve you. This questionnaire is the foundation of your personalized coaching plan, helping us identify strengths, problem areas, and immediate action steps. Once completed and returned, we’ll review your information and prepare for your first strategy session.

Step 3: We Get Started on Your Financial Future

Once your questionnaire is received and reviewed, we begin coaching. Together, we’ll outline your personalized financial strategy and set clear, achievable goals. From budgeting and debt management to savings, investment basics, and long-term planning, you’ll receive ongoing guidance and support throughout your financial coaching program.

This is where progress happens. You’ll start making informed decisions, building stronger habits, and taking real steps toward financial freedom — on and off duty.
